major environmental harm related to oil and gas pipelines. the federal emergency management agency is turning down california's request for millions of dollars in federal disaster aid to help the victims of the pipeline explosion. if the agency said a police state and local governments and utility which owns the ruptured pipeline to cover the cost of recovery on its own. however, fema will reimburse california up to 75 percent of the firefighting expenses for the september 9th glass. three people have been injured and nine others displaced after fire broke out at a point home. the fire happened at 1130 last night on the 200 block of madison avenue. firefighters were able to contain the fire quickly but the house close was severely damaged and a breach the driveway burning three cars. three people or transported to local hospitals suffering from smoke inhalation. it was said
